Building Your Themis RTA
Pro Tip: The Themis RTA's postless deck is specifically designed for mesh coils. Use the included mesh strips for optimal performance. Position the mesh evenly across the deck and ensure proper tension. Wick generously but don't overpack the juice wells. The mesh design provides excellent flavour with minimal ramp-up time.
Install Mesh Coils
Place mesh strips into the postless deck clamps. Ensure even positioning and proper tension. Tighten screws securely but don't overtighten.
Dry Burn & Shape
Pulse fire at low wattage to remove hotspots. Gently strum the mesh to ensure even heating. Let cool completely before wicking.
Wick Generously
Cut cotton to length and thin the ends. Thread through mesh and place in juice wells. Wick generously but avoid overpacking.
Prime, Fill & Adjust
Saturate cotton thoroughly. Fill tank using top-fill system. Adjust bottom airflow to preference and let sit for 5 minutes before vaping.

Disassemble and clean your Themis RTA weekly with warm water. Pay special attention to the build deck and airflow channels. Dry thoroughly before reassembly.
Mesh Coil Care
Dry burn mesh coils regularly to remove buildup. Replace mesh when flavour diminishes. Rewick every 3-7 days depending on usage and e-liquid sweetness.
O-Ring Care
