Everything You Need to Know

Alright, picking an e-liquid can be a bit like choosing your favourite ice cream flavour – there are loads to choose from! When you're sorting through your options, think about what you’re after.

Do you want a strong throat hit, or are you more about big clouds of vapour? If it’s the throat hit, go for a higher PG (propylene glycol) ratio; for more vapour, a higher VG (vegetable glycerin) is your friend.

Keeping your kit in top nick really makes all the difference. Regularly clean your tank, ideally every time you change the e-liquid, just rinse it out with warm water and let it air dry.

Coils need a change every couple of weeks too, depending on how much you vape. This stops that horrid burnt taste and keeps your flavours tasting fresh.

As for the battery, make sure you keep it charged but not overcharged—plugging it in overnight is a no-no!

A leaky vape is as annoying as a soggy biscuit with your tea. Most leaks happen because something’s not screwed on right. Double-check that all the parts of your tank are tight and the coil is fitted properly. Also, make sure you’re filling it up correctly—too much juice can lead to leakage.

If your vape starts tasting like you’ve just licked a barbecue, it’s likely your coil’s had it. Replace your coil if it’s old or gunky. Another tip is to ensure your e-liquid level never dips too low; that way, the coil stays soaked and happy. Giving your new coil a bit of time to get saturated before you start puffing also helps prevent that burnt taste.
