Within 28 days of receiving your order, we'll be pleased to exchange or refund anything that was unopened and undesirable! We're sorry, but we're unable to accept any opened items due to hygienic concerns. E-liquids, disposable e-cigarettes, and clearomizers are not covered by this policy and are only returnable if they are defective due to health and hygiene reasons.
You certainly can, as long as it’s within the 28 days warranty period. If a product is sent back to us for inspection and it turns out that the damage was accidental or mishandling rather than the result of a defect, we will not be responsible for paying for return shipping and you will be responsible for that cost.
Following an inspection of your returned item, we will let you know that it has been received. After reviewing the item, we'll let you know right away how your refund is proceeding. If we accept your return, we'll start the credit card refund process (or original method of payment). Depending on your card issuer's regulations, you should receive the credit in 3-5 business days.
